Ford and Elite modeling agencies are interested in me,but?

I sent my photos to both agencies and they replied they re intersted in me and that i should go by the agency to talk.im 5'9'' , 115 pounds, 36-23-35 inches.The problem is i have a lot of "beauty marks"(im my case,ugly marks,coz they re a lot).I have only 1-2 on my face,but i have lots on my body.I didnt have as many the years before,its like theyre multiplying.They didnt show on the photos,but in person they re quite noticeable unless im wearing long pants and long sleeved shirts.Am i going to have a problem with that?I d appreciate any answers from professionals.
