18 weeks pregnant with weird discharge. Please help. :( first child.?

Today i was just sitting and my pants had a little wet spot so i went to check and it was white discharge. So i wiped and a tiny green chunk came out to. I was thinkn it was old metro gel the dr gave me but that was like a month ago. Please help. :(
