I am taking my friend out for her birthday, i need ideas?

I am planning to take my friend out for her birthday as a surprise, i will be doing it with 2 other friends, and we will each contribute �15 each, however we want to give her a present as well. We live in the surrey are and are 14, so we need lifts from parents and need to be able to stay there without parents. Any ideas?
