I need help to correct my word and tense usage?

In one sunny and wonderful day in the far east of the forest of British Columbia there was an imploring and adopted beggar whom was incongruous from his asylum to spend the day in the city of Surrey given consent by his parents. Whilst in the city he was seen by its denizens to be eating filthy left over food from the garbage, heretofore, the denizens commiserated him that the nature of his fate will soon be ameliorately collated. However, this impecunious beggar is veracious from his heart concerning his converse with the denizens of the city; for he was ameliorately imploring better future days, especially his adulation of his birthday given by Providence. The way he foraged the filthy left over food from the garbage was pedantically wholly. Moreover, he was influentially incentive by the noble denizens with their luxurious dress and cars which insisted him with exigency to find an honorable occupation from the good potentiality of the potent and conducive proletarians of the BP Company in his sight during their walk in the city of Surrey.
