What is my background ? these two last names are almost the same!?

ok i was trying to configure my background and i ran into a last name that is called arasola or arrazola. i found out that arasola is from finland because many people on facebook and myheritage.com have that name and live in finland or have lived there, but arrazola i heard is basque. my family that had that last name was very pale,tall i think,with light eyes...or so i was told lol i want to know why these two last names are so similar and why theyre distant geograpically, one in the nordic region, the other in the iberian peninsula. was there a migration that altered the last name's appearance or spelling? thanks in advance for the help (:
