My second time asking please help i need the answer!?

She is always complaining about herslef!!! "My arms are fat, im so ugly no one likes me, ill never get a boyfriend, im so ugly, i hate myself, everyone hates me...ect!" Its ******* annoying, and she has several friends! She is beautiful! And nothing I say will make her happy!!!! Everyone tries to love her but the get so annoyed with her hating herself all the time, they ignore her! Whenever you say something opposite to what she says "Your arms are not fat, theyre skinnier thn mine"She always finds away around it like she pourposly wants to make herslef believe shes fat! Soshe was talking to me she was like "You have so many people that care about you but Ive seen cuts on your arms- if they found out theyd die for you, but if i kiled myself no one would care!" Im a really happy, upbeat girl with alot of friends, and alot of people that love me, but i have a horrible family and things i dont want to talk about (cutting) ,and it made me very mad, so i screamed "BECAUSE IM ******* HAPPY ALL THE TIME! HOW CAN YOU GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO LIKE YOU WHEN ALL YOU DO IS PULL YOURSELF DOWN! NO ONE CARES BECAUSE YOUR ANNOYING THE **** OUT OF THEM! THEY TRY TO LIKE YOU!" She never talked to me since. Do you think I was to hard on her? Do you think she realizes now? What should I do?
