Can I buy sonething on BestBuy Online with a Visa card that has Colombian money?

I live in the US and im visiting colombia on august. My cousin thats living there asked me if i can buy a camera on bestbuy for him cuz theyre way cheaper here... he's gonna send me the money but I thought he could buy it on the internet and then ship it to my house so i can give it to him when i come over.. The question is.. Can my cousin pay 191 dollars(the price of the camera) with his credit card even though it has colombian money??
