How can i talk to my crush alone if she's always with her friend (they work together)?

Theyre both girls and they go to the same school, and now theyre working together. I work right next door. Im good friends with my crush, but not as much as her coworker is. I know them both fairly well, but I prefer to talk to my crush without her coworker being involved. I know i should only focus on my crush, but how do i focus if her friend always has something to talk about with her (and many times its about things i dont know about, such as school related things. I dont go to the same school as them)
