What can I do about my dogs that live in a cage?

You will lose the dogs, one way or the other, if they continue to live inside the cage. That's cruelty towards them, and it's illegal. Train them (which means taking them outside the cage) and let them run around and be dogs! The reason they pee inside the house is because they live inside a cage! They don't understand boundaries in the place they live because their 'house' is probably 3' by 3'! With daily walks and lots of love these will both be family pets in no time- but right now they're living a miserable life and you have to fix that! It's your responsibility to save these dogs.
