Where can I purchase a good "Surrey Bike"?

A machine like that would not be suitable for use commuting to work. They are quite heavy and slow, very hard work to pedal by yourself, a real bicycle would be much more suitable. Top speed for any human powered machine is at least as dependent on the strength of the operator as it is on the number of gears. At a guess, pedaling for all you are worth you would be very lucky to reach 10 MPH in a machine like that. You probably wouldn't be able to sustain that level of effort for more that a minute
