Yes-the 240 volvo is a great car-I owned one for about 6 years and I almost cried when I sold it. The engine on these cars runs almost forever-it will always start and get you there and back. Now the bad news: They stopped making them in 1993 ,which is 18 years ago .You want a 1980 which is th old. Assuming it still runs (it probably does )- I found out that the there's m ore to a car than the engine. Things break,like the fuel pump,wiper motor,blower motor for the heater,and so on. If you get a Chilton or Haynes manual,the car is pretty easy to work on.I put brakes on mine one year,and I'm a woman! I put spark plugs in,too,and a few other things. Plus it's a charmer as far as looks are concerned. If you can do some repairs and have some money to keep it running,it will be good. Ok, so i have never used weights in my life, except for the rare event i pick up a dumbbell, but still. i have never done weight training, and i had a bet with my friend that i could get more ripped than him without weights while he used them. he is a bit bigger now, but i have gotten bigger as well, and i look way more ripped than him. however, everyone tells me what im doing isnt normal or healthy. I have decent strength and muscular endurance, and i can run for miles, but i dont know if theyre right. Is it fine to go only bodyweight workouts? personally i dont like weights, because bodyweight gives me functional strength, but still. what do you all think?

it all depends on how long you're in labor! after pushing and everything was done it lasted 15.36 hours for me. i lasted through 7 hours without an epi, but was SOOOOO happy that i got one. honestly it was great! i was in a pretty good mood after, was able to relax and when it came to pushing i was well rested. the only problem i had was that my epi wasn't all that worn off by pushing time and i couldn't feel the contraction to know when to push. so the nurses and my sister had to tell me. it's all personal preference but i would nvr go without one!!!

Betta breeding help!! Male bettas won't make bubble nest?

I have 13 bettas and am currently trying to breed 10 of them. I got them all from the pet store :( (since theyre usually old) and 1 of the males I know is 1 year old plus whatever age I got him at. The others are all fairly new. I paired the 10 off and put the girls in a see through cup in a tank. ( each pair has their own tank) I am wondering why the males won't make bubble nests. I am feeding them live food and all five girls have a white dot and all the dark ones have vertical not horizontal stripes. The problem is non of the males are making a bubble nest. Sure if you wanna be a model, go ahead but don't push too hard to diet and end up not liking modeling, because you seem like you enjoy sports too which would be a fun and social way to excursive and even make a living out of it. If you do choose to be a model, you should stick to lots of water and vegetables. Starving yourself is unhealthy and won't do you good! Hello. I'm fourteen, 5'6, and I weight about 120. I know that sounds like a healthy weight according to the BMI chart but I am disgusted with myself. I have small arms but my stomach looks like pumpkin, no lie.. I have to wear my pants above my waist so my love handles won't show. I also am ashamed of my thighs, I have no gap between my legs and they jiggle. I am VERY healthy. I do not eat junk food, nor do I drink soda, and I don't eat a lot. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables annd drink water. I exercise, too. I jog/walk everyday on the treadmill and lose 310 calories (so my treadmill says) then I do a couple of toning exercises like lunges and reverse crunches.. I've been worrying about my appearance ever since last year and I've exercised and everything but have no results. My goal weight is 100... honestly my insecurities are ruining my life. I do not go out much because I am ashamed of my body, and I am always depressed. My parents have thought about taking me to see a therapist for my depression. How can I lose the weight? How to ease my period while on vacation?

I've been in London/Paris for four days with my family and since I tend to have bad luck, of course I got it yesterday while we were on the train from London to Paris. I didn't see it coming because I have never had a regular period before. I never know when it's coming, but every time it's extremely heavy for the first three days. I live in America and my Mom did something like that for me, I really like my school now.
